Welcome. Thank you for taking the time to visit my web site. I designed, coded, and implemented it in April 2000 with the goals of creating a web resume for a job search and learning some basic HTML. And here it is ten plus years later with some intervening jobs added!   • Project management on Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) projects.
  • Operations and project management for a major New York City hospital.
  • Operations management in two health maintenance organizations
  • Project management for a bedside charting systems vendor.
  • Systems engineering for the Department of Defense Military Health System.

    10 years active duty experience with United States Navy in both information systems and operations positions. Awarded three Commendation Medals and one Achievement Medal for accomplishments. Retired with privileges as Naval Supply Corps Reserve Officer.
